Season 4 of the Netflix legal series The Lincoln Lawyer is based on Michael Connelly’s novel The Law of Innocence. In this season, the main character, defence attorney Mickey Haller, finds himself caught in a murder case and is forced to fight to prove his own innocence. At the end of the previous season, a dead body is discovered in the trunk of his car, leading to his arrest — a major twist in the story. As a continuation of that cliffhanger, this season focuses on Mickey’s personal and legal battle.
Manuel Garcia-Rulfo returns as Mickey Haller. Becki Newton reprises her role as Lorna, Jazz Raycole returns as Izzy Letts, Angus Sampson as Cisco, and Neve Campbell as Maggie McPherson. The new season also introduces additional characters, including Constance Zimmer as the tough prosecutor Dana Berg.
The season consists of 10 episodes and is considered the most crucial case in Mickey Haller’s life. The story revolves around who framed him, who the real killer is, and how he fights the case in court. Although the release date has not yet been announced, the season is expected to be the most intense and emotionally charged chapter of the series.
